Muscle building time - This program is about real patience, repetition, and strength. It may feel simple or even boring at times — but this is exactly how proper muscle-building training is meant to look.

If it starts to feel easy, that’s your sign. Muscles grow when you challenge them — every 3-4 weeks, increase the weight, move to a harder variation, or add more reps.Progress is the key to building muscle
