I'm new to Homefitnessmishel, how do I sign up?

Heeeeey! I know you're going to love it here. Getting started with Mishel is so easy.
Head to our sign up page pop in your details to create an account and select which subscription plan you wish to sign up for. Pay the selected amount and you're ready to start.

I've been a member before, can I access the new subscription?

I love this! Welcome back. Great news... The programs are available for new and returning users.
Login to the Homefitnessmishel website with your previous account details and then select which subscription you'd like to register for when the paywall appears.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription will be charged at the start of your subscription period. Once you've signed up in your account and selected which subscription type you'd like, you will be billed for that amount.
All subscriptions are charged via direct debit and will automatically renew at standard pricing at the end of your subscription period, unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Full follow-along workouts with complete 6-12 week plans - beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Demo videos of correct exercises form
Nutrition tips for fat loss or gain muscle and the best recipes ever!
You will learn how to choose weights, reps and sets and how to progress.
You will learn what muscle group you are exercising with every exercise, etc etc

What equipment will I need?

You will need only:
bodyweight
dumbbells, I love adjustable because I can adjust the weights as needed
resistance bands, long and short
ankle weights (sometimes)

What if I miss a workout?

Accepted Answer

No stress! I understand that life gets in the way and we sometimes need to be flexible with our exercise routines and that's okay! The program is there for you, so if you skip a day, it is ok, continue tomorrow!

Question 7

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You may unsubscribe from my programs at any time. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. But you will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period.
Just log into your account, go to "My Subscriptions" and there you can cancel it. You will still have access to the programs untill your paid subscription period will finish.
