These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our fitness programs and services. By purchasing or accessing our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Usage of Services
By purchasing our fitness programs, you agree to use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Our programs are available for personal use only and should not be redistributed or shared. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate equipment and environment to safely complete the exercises.
2. Payment
We accept payments via debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely, and you will be billed for the program at the start of each period.
3. Cancellations and Subscriptions
There are 3 terms of subscription available
Monthly - €19.99
3 monthly - €49.99
Yearly - €149.99
You agree that all sales by us to you of subscriptions are final and that we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. We are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases, unused subscriptions or medical conditions.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly, quarterly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
You may unsubscribe from our programs at any time. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period.
If a payment for a new subscription period is not successfully processed for any reason, access to the program will be suspended.
4. 7-Day Free Trial
The 7-day free trial is available only once per person and only with the first purchase of the subscription plan. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial period ends, the payment for the subscription will be automatically collected at the end of the trial.
By starting the free trial, you agree to these terms and authorize automatic billing unless cancelled before the trial expires
5. One-Time Payment Programs (Pay Once Plans) - 3-month access
Our fitness programs are offered as one-time payment plans (“Pay Once Programs”). When you purchase a Pay Once Program:
• You make a single, non-recurring payment.
• The payment does not renew automatically.
• You will receive full access to the purchased program for a period of 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
• After the 3-month access period ends, your access to the program content will automatically expire unless otherwise stated.
Access is granted to the digital content only and does not include any future updates unless explicitly mentioned in the program description.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information and login details remain confidential. Sharing access to purchased content is strictly prohibited.
6. Forever Access Programs
Some digital training programs are offered with
"Forever Access."
"Forever Access" means that the client is granted long-term access to the purchased digital training content, as long as the website, member area, and brand remain active.
Forever Access does not mean that the content will remain unchanged indefinitely.
The provider reserves the right to:
• update or improve the training content,
• modify the structure or order of the program,
• replace parts of the program with newer or higher-quality versions,
• modify or remove bonus content.
The client will always retain access to content of equal or greater value than what was purchased at the time of purchase.
In the event of a significant change or
discontinuation of a specific program, the provider reserves the right to grant access to a reasonable alternative digital program.

7. Gift Cards
Types of Gift Cards
Two types of gift cards are available:
• Subscription Gift Cards
• Pay Once Program Gift Cards
Each type works differently. Please read the details below.
Subscription Gift Cards
Access & renewal
Subscription gift cards provide free access for the gifted period.
After the gifted period ends, access will continue as a standard subscription at regular prices unless canceled before the end of the gift period.
Cancellation
The subscription can be canceled at any time.
If canceled, access will remain active until the end of the gifted or newly paid period.
Payment details are required when activating a subscription gift card, as the subscription continues at regular prices after the gifted period unless canceled.
Pay Once Program Gift Cards
Access
Pay Once Program gift cards provide access to one selected program for the 3 months or forever access, depending on chosen program.
This is a one-time payment and does not create a subscription.
No renewal
Access ends automatically after the gifted period or stay forever, depending on the chosen program.
No further payments are charged.
Payment details
When using the gift card code, no card details are required from the person who receives the gift.
Redemption of gift card
Gift cards are redeemed using a unique gift card code.
Each gift card code can be used only once.
Refunds & exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Lost or unused gift cards
Lost, stolen, or unused gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Gift cards validity
Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.

8. Liability
You acknowledge that by participating in our fitness programs, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from participation in our programs. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within our fitness programs, including videos, documents, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the program content without our express permission.
10. Changes to Programs
Our programs are updated every two months with new content. During each two-month period, the program will remain the same. Any changes to the program will occur at the beginning of the new period.
11. Technical Issues
While we strive to maintain a high level of service, we cannot guarantee that our website or programs will be free from technical issues, such as server downtime, website malfunctions, or payment processing errors. We are not responsible for any interruptions or technical problems outside of our control.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be indicated.
