I’m a 40-year-old mother of two kids. I never liked sports and never participated in them; I was lazy. My whole life, I've struggled with my weight.
After the birth of my first child, my weight went downhill more than ever. I was stuck between losing weight for a few months (following various strict diets) and gaining it all back, even more than before! I was unhappy, weak, and insecure.
One day, during one of my weight loss phases, my friend convinced me to start exercising, suggesting it might help me maintain my weight and prevent regaining it. So, I tried it - working out at home, starting with bodyweight exercises. Initially, I couldn’t exercise for more than seven minutes at a time; I couldn’t catch my breath. But I decided then and there to commit two years to exercising, giving it a serious effort. If nothing changed in two years, I would give up, but not before. I bought my first dumbbells, ankle weights, and resistance bands, and I started working out for real. And, man, things have changed! My whole world turned upside down in those two years.
One thing about me is that we have a disabled child—the sweetest thing in the world. Because of that, it is hard to go out any time I want, so the gym wasn’t an option for me; I knew I had to do it at home.
After getting used to movements and seeing some results in first year, I began to study - to exercise more effectively and avoid injuries and in the next year I got three fitness trainer certificates!
I’ve been working on myself since 2020. Now, it’s time to help other women who struggle, feel unhappy, unhealthy, and unattractive—those who want change and are willing to invest time, effort, and love. Yes, love, because discipline and exercising four - five times a week, require self-love. You’re not doing it primarily for your partner, your kids, or friends, but for YOU. You live in your body, and you need to feel beautiful and confident.
With me, you have a guarantee that my program works because I didn’t set foot in a gym. You can achieve transformation from your own living room. I exercise in a small corridor! If you truly want it, you have to find ways, not excuses.
