This 8-week program is designed to build muscle and shape your body with smart, structured training. Progr Each workout is 30 minutes, programmed for 5 days per week — but you can absolutely follow it 3 or 4 days a week if that fits your schedule. The program is divided into the following days: Full Body Glutes Upper Body Full Body Belly & Core If you want to train 4 times per week, I recommend skipping the Upper Body day — your upper body is already trained enough during the Full Body days, so you won’t miss out on results. If you can train only 3 times per week, do 2x Full Body and choose the third day based on your goal — whether you want to focus more on shaping your glutes or strengthening and flattening your belly What makes this program different? Before every single exercise, you get a short demo showing the correct form, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it right. Workouts are built around two working sets per exercise, and the entire system follows a built-in progressive overload structure. That means the plan itself gradually increases the challenge — helping you get stronger, build muscle, and see real results without guessing what to change. Train smart. Train with intention.
